What is Private Training?
Private Training offered by Leeto gives you a custom designed training program that you can complete remotely. Training plans are designed based on your goals, interests and access to equipment.
How will you create my training plan?
Your first meeting with your coach will be a fitness consultation. This will be a 1 hour meeting (either in person or via video conference) with a coach so we can learn more about you. During that meeting the coach will assess your current abilities by asking you some questions, and ask you to complete several simple movements testing your mobility and strength. They will talk through your past experiences with fitness, what your interests are and any fitness goals you might have.

Your coach will take the information from your consultation and build a custom plan for you.
What will my training be like?
Weekly Custom Workouts- You will receive weekly workouts tailored to your fitness needs, abilities, interests and access to equipment. You will be given between 2-6 workouts each week depending on the goals you set with your coach.
Coach Rx Platform- All workouts are delivered through an app based platform called Coach Rx. Within the app you will be provided with both written and video instructions to ensure you are confident in how to complete the movements.
Communication with Coaches- You will have a direct line of communication to your coach for questions or check-ins. As well you will be asked to provide written and at times video feedback to the coaches telling them how your workouts felt. This allows them to help fill any knowledge gaps, and correct movement patterns in your work outs.
What if I miss a workout?
Leeto has built into our programs a few accountability tools to help clients be consistent in completing their workout routines.
Weekly Accountability Check-Ins- Check-ins from coaches weekly to help remove any barriers you might be having, get feedback about how training is going.

Monthly Check In Meetings- You will meet with your coach monthly (either in person or via video conference) to check on your health, and progress and make any adjustments to the training plan and goals making sure it works for you.

Accountability Buddies*- On top of getting support from the coaches, you also have the option of being partnered with other guests going on the same trip as you. The goal of this is to provide you an accountability buddy, where you can support each other in meeting your fitness goals.

Is training included with trips?
Yes, one month of pre-trip training is included in all Leeto trips. This will help set a foundation for the trip and ensure you have the basic skills needed for activities. Guests are encouraged to extend their pre-trip training beyond this month if their fitness abilities do not match the difficulty level for their trip.
